香港人對國內食品嘅接受程度愈黎愈高,好似重慶烤魚自從幾年前傳入之後,廣受歡迎,同類型店舖仲越開越多。可惜女朋友唔係太喜好魚,所以平時我都好少有機會食到,今晚約埋朋友喺荃灣食飯。幾個嗜辣之人,一拍即合去烤個魚先。呢間八一蕃好評不少,店鋪有兩層,夾埋都有20張枱左右,主打烤魚,有唔同口味有麻辣、刴椒、香辣、泡椒、酸菜、豆鼓同鮮茄,當然唔食魚仲有雞煲豬手煲可選擇。烤魚份量分全條,大半邊同埋半邊,我地三個人點左大邊,至於辣度,因為見前面評語嘅人都話幾辣下,所以點左小辣試吓佢先。食完我個人認為可以試下中辣。魚本身已經預先烤熟,平放喺湯底上面煮返熱就可以食得,魚肉鮮味,細骨唔算多,皮烤過更香口,魚背肉較多啱唔識食魚嘅女朋友,自己梗係食魚腩位同鮫位,雖然較多骨,但肉質更嫩滑,三個人食大半邊分量剛剛好。除烤魚另可再自選火鍋配料。跟魚可以優惠價$30 (原價$38) 點首份配菜 (大荳芽,金菇,秀珍菇,唐芹)。配料方面我地點左肥牛、雞件、雲吞、響鈴卷同埋蔬菜,同埋最重要嘅一丁。肥牛、雞件同雲呑就普普通通,新鮮但係唔係話特別出色。反而響鈴卷同油麥菜都索到啲湯汁又香又辣,好食但最最最正嘅都係一丁,將所有湯汁

反而響鈴卷同油麥菜都索到啲湯汁又香又辣,好食

但最最最正嘅都係一丁,將所有湯汁吸入同鎖住喺啲麵入面,一啖啖將啲精華食落去,香辣得來有少少麻,好過癮

成餐食咗五百零蚊,除開每人百零蚊,整體嚟講都算合理,加上味道唔錯,不過食完會有後遺症就係成身都係烤魚味。
食嘅時候的確好過癮,所以有朋友想食烤魚都會再黎的!
