To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢幾日天陰陰開始季候風又落雨，想食啲辣嘢補一補。Lunch決定食譚仔，叫咗個重慶大辣米線，加咗豬閏同鮮冬菇。食譚仔係會越越辣，最初都係三小五小，到宜家中辣大辣，朋友見到成碗紅嘅話驚驚。佢嘅豬閏淥得啱啱好，唔會好老，間唔中想食豬閏過吓口癮係個好選擇；鮮冬菇好滑，都有4, 5隻，食啲菇平衡吓啲罪惡感。好多唔食辣或只食少少辣朋友問大辣係咪好辣。。。可能我本身都ok食行辣，同我覺得你只要唔好飲湯同唔好一啖凍一啖米線其實都ok。重慶辣，有少少麻，見住辣子掛曬米線咁，辣得好過癮。
