成班friends決定試下未食過嘅特式私房菜,於是上網睇吓有咩好推薦,係左揀右揀嘅情況下搵到呢間係上環嘅西班牙私房菜book好位就準時入席! 果然同想像嘅一樣,有情調有氣氛侍應介紹呢度taps嘅食法!叫咗set有幾個taps分嚟食嘅!呢度好適合情侶嚟食,有氛圍嫲由於同餓鬼同行,好多時未舉杯就俾人分咗屍,所以未能影得晒所有taps分享喇未揀taps時已有一個好好食嘅小食,薯仔沙律!粉粉的! 先嚟Welcome toast,脆身嘅多士上放滿蕃茄蓉,仲有啲橄欖油同海鹽調味!幾fresh 之後就有熱到出煙嘅Clams in greens sauces喇,一上枱大家都爭大雙眼,陣陣嘅香味随煙四飄!主廚不忘提醒大家要小心鍋邊嘅溫度!每人分一碗後一食,覺得蜆肉好彈牙嫩肉,好似啱啱煮到開蓋就上枱噤單獨食就係鮮,連埋湯食有仲正,湯汁吸咗蜆肉嘅精華,但有鐘意淡味嘅朋友覺得分湯好啲,一齊食就太over既然係噤,我就幫手包底啦跟住有個更香嘅Garlic Shrimp跟尾,上枱時油仲不斷滾緊,一聞就知係蒜味喇,大大隻嘅蝦加埋蒜一齊食,真心好食但小油啲就正爆喇 食到油油地嘅時候,今日嘅湯Mushroom Cons
