今日假期，約好朋友到東涌東薈城行街食飯，發覺呢度好多選擇，新開咗我多店鋪和食肆，今日晚飯就揀咗一間日本料理，佢位於東薈城最底層，扶手電梯就到，好方便！蟹味噌甲羅燒蟹蓋盛有蟹膏、蟹肉燒烤好後，香氣撲鼻，加埋蟹籽和壽司一起食，非常味美😋特上牛肉串燒盛合有和牛、牛舌、牛肉卷、秋葵等好豐富，牛肉肉質鮮嫩，加上燒得香噴噴，入囗嫩滑鬆化👍特上壽司盛合用料新鮮肥美，包括有金鎗魚、鮭魚、帶子、鰻魚、鮮蝦等......每件壽司都無重覆，食得好開心🥰FirdBird名物重量級火焰原隻雞用鐵板上桌的原隻雞，淋上酒再點上火灼燒雞表面，有好香嘅燒烤味和酒香味，雞肉嫩滑有肉汁，視覺和味覺都享受到，不愧為招牌菜✌️MocktailLychee Frozen 加有荔枝汁、檸檬汁，賣相好吸引，飲落好開胃！Lave Flow 用菠蘿汁、椰子奶油、新鮮士多啤梨製成，酸酸甜甜，好好飲！
