Bookmark咗好耐嘅羊腩煲餐廳,原來就係「羊腩煲關注組」嘅大熱人氣餐廳,本身係一名羊痴,所以冬天都會自家製羊腩煲,某日收早就即刻網上訂位去《金玉滿堂》試,星期五6點零到達,人客不多,但我哋7點半左右走就已經全店滿座,見每枱客都一定會點一個羊腩煲,果然係一間羊腩煲名店。我同阿sir兩個人叫咗一個 $368 "中"黑草羊腩煲,包一碟生菜,白飯同飲品另叫,已經夠飽(當然仲會出去食甜品啦,甜品係另一個胃吖嘛),羊腩煲要等10分鐘翻滾,開蓋一刻真係氛香撲鼻,見到份量澎湃忍唔住嘩~咗出聲,黑草羊、馬蹄、冬菇、枝竹、蔥係必有材料,估唔到連貴價冬筍都有,全部都炆得好腍好入味,羊腩係啖啖肉,但美中不足係羊腩完全唔羶,大量薑辟除雪味同時亦去除晒羊羶味,所以個汁欠缺咗啲羶味,唔夠香唔夠層次唔夠惹味,有部份羊腩有啲柴,同埋個腐乳唔好味,但呢個價錢呢個份量係絕對超值。二人共消費:$443
