To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同成班frd一齊係西環一帶搵地方食個晚飯係水街見到呢間舖啲麵好似幾正咁就入左去試啦間舖叫得排骨麵 就梗係試佢個招牌排骨麵($32)啦碗麵一黎到已經聞到香噴噴 個湯有蔥蒜既香味好鐘意佢呢到係排骨同麵分開上 唔怕沉林啲排骨個粗麵粗到好似烏冬咁 但比起烏冬更有咬口排骨炸得超香超鬆脆 雖然啲肉有啲老但仲有肉汁順帶一提既係呢到叫麵食可以半價叫多杯野飲我無叫到 只係偷飲左朋友一啖豆漿試下味有豆香味既 但我飲慣甜豆漿所以嫌佢淡味左啲不過淨係碗麵已經抵返晒 好好味 值得一試～！！！
