To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話比人知我住咗西環6年,但都未幫襯過都無人信啦,是實正正如此,其實想試好耐,但每次同阿sir講,佢都會話去第二間食,皆因佢以前讀HKU果時已經食到厭,但今次食番,佢又覺得有另一番風味喎!菜膽冬菇排骨粗麵 $40主角酥炸排骨有別於出面既日式排骨,呢度既排骨係用上新鮮豬扒,所以肉口感比較軟熟同有肉味,唔需要點其他醬料都已經好好味,再加上無骨食落超方便呀!冬菇有3大粒都算唔錯,粗麵我就覺得麻麻,口感比較鞋身唔夠滑,所以下次我想試下幼麵,不過唔知會唔會滑dd呢?

主角酥炸排骨有別於出面既日式排骨,呢度既排骨係用上新鮮豬扒,所以肉口感比較軟熟同有肉味,唔需要點其他醬料都已經好好味,再加上無骨食落超方便呀!冬菇有3大粒都算唔錯,粗麵我就覺得麻麻,口感比較鞋身唔夠滑,所以下次我想試下幼麵,不過唔知會唔會滑dd呢?
