To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

金鐘呢一邊終於有譚仔米線食，之前要食譚仔一定要出中環嗰邊，而呢兩個月喺遠東金融中心嗰度開咗一間譚仔米線，就喺大快活餐廳隔離，但係都係超級多人排晒長龍咁樣等，人手似乎唔係幾足夠，等外賣嘅人同等入餐廳嘅人一樣多，但係始終都想試一下，所以今日等咗半個鐘都照去食。雖然佢開喺大快活隔離，但係人流明顯比大快活多，次次上到去都迫爆晒咁樣，有幾次我見多人得滯直頭去咗隔離大快活食就算，但今次我排咗半個鐘終於入到去，叫咗一個最平嘅雞肉清湯米線，覺得都係不外如是，同出邊嗰啲都冇乜分別，份量仲好似比出面少（亦可能係我等得太耐），都係啲一滴香雞精湯底，叫做平民係得選擇中多個選擇！
