To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日下午，經過這間平民小店，發現餐牌都幾多選擇，一於試下。 我哋兩個人一人一碗車仔麵。我叫的三款餸係魷魚、炸魚皮同蘿蔔。老實說，麵底同湯底不是很特別，但個辣醬係好味嘅配魷魚一流！另外，蘿蔔亦很甜，感覺上唔似普通街市買嘅蘿蔔🤔🤔炸魚皮不過不失，一大碗，兩個人食都夠！ 重點來了！係煎餃，佢有三種味，我叫的是韮菜豬肉餃。店主好有心機煎，隻隻金黃色，皮脆，饀又夠多汁！ 期望下次試埋其他味！還有甜品亦很吸引，只可惜已經食唔落。
