終於到我食呢間等咗成2個幾月都只係訂到lunch到訪位於銅鑼灣區嘅串揚&酒処「秀殿」秀殿以關西串掦料理,即用食物串起,外層加上麵粉,再放入油鍋中油炸而成。製作方式講就好似好簡單,但其實控制外層粉醬,到油溫同每樣食物要炸幾耐都可以話非常之講究!呢到嘅醬汁亦不會過度濃而搶咗食材本身味道,每一串串揚都各有特色!而且呢到酒類眾多,仲有多款特別酒例如我哋叫嘅其中兩款:紅茶梅酒,乳酪梅酒。呢到採取完全預約制亦都唔容易訂位因為BAR枱只有十個座位同兩張僅坐到兩位嘅二人枱。不過等咁耐嘅期待都無令我哋失望,呢間隱細小店絕對值得再回訪。📍銅鑼灣渣甸街54號富盛商業大廈3樓D室
