銅鑼灣Zing!樓上的雪見係今年8月新開的高級日本菜,裝修甚有格調,樓底又好高,盡顯氣派。今次來食Omakase 和壽司set 🥰刺身上的蜜柑鯛配以酸汁,這個清新的配搭從來都是絕配。蜜柑鯛在口中散發淡淡的甜香。另外鰤魚、北海道帶子、拖羅和金目鯛也無可挑剔,由好爽身的白身魚打開頭陣。壽司方面,深海池魚、加上鹽昆布的鮫鰈魚有淡淡鹽香也不搶鏡。燒拖羅腩油香十足,池魚都好鮮!赤海膽入口好鮮甜,海膽份量又好澎湃!最後仲有勁濃魚湯、烏東同可以揀甜品或咖啡作結,正呀。我想Omakase的吧枱就是師傅的舞台,能欣賞師傅的刀功。幾下手勢就處理好空運到港的時令食材,這個功架真的需要長時間的經驗累積。
