To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同行友人一早book 定檯！去到見到晚市一開 勁多人係門口排隊 所以真係要book定檯先確保有得食啦～😝食物嘅種類算多 除咗普通放題嘅刺身 壽司 熟食料理 估唔到有點心食 仲要質素幾好個人覺得佢嘅鵝肝壽司好好食😋 入口即融 細細舊又唔會好飽！ 刺身都睇得出舊舊都好厚 足料！🤤炙燒嘅料理都燒得好好 但美中不足係上檯唔夠快 會凍咗少少 但有時會漏單 但同staff 追返就ok～放題最正就係咩都試少少 🤪總結呢間人均$327埋單 食到高質素嘅刺身同料理 好抵！😎😎😎
