To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 突然阿媽話今晚唔煮飯，所以我地就去大家樂搵食，快餐店的確冇要求，唔係燒味飯，鐵板餐就係一人火鍋，我媽話要食豪啲，所以我地揀左鐵板牛海蝦餐其實$59，又牛扒又大海蝦又焗芝士通粉又野飲又餐包，真係係出面已經好難搵，但平啫，都唔可以食唔落嘛，等左10分鐘，終於有得食，塊牛扒都唔係某集團早餐嗰塊大風啲都吹得郁架，仲有菜墊底，冇咁油膩，牛扒ok,係快餐店質素。不過佢個焗芝士通粉，真係好多芝士，但真係多到好漏。不過整體ok既
