今日去咗銅鑼灣食串燒,揀咗呢間居酒屋,入到去揀咗坐吧枱,可以見到師傅即叫即燒。餐廳準備咗小小野菜同埋調味做前菜,俾食客清一清個口。去到叫咗唔少新嘗試嘅串燒,首先係自家製免治雞肉棒,配有蛋醬,點嚟食更香,免治製法嘅雞肉雞味濃之餘,咬落去質地稔身易咬。之後叫咗最近新寵白鱔串燒,鍾意佢香得嚟肉質結實,餐廳落咗黑椒同鹽調味,食落彈牙而且燒到脂肪啱啱溶,油脂感滿滿。荔枝豬肉卷,配搭幾新鮮,清新嘅荔枝肉令到豬肉冇咁油膩。主食叫咗墨汁炒烏冬,用烏冬煮真係比較少見,但係烏冬比意粉粗同吸水,所以好入味。而且加入咗墨魚鬚同豚肉(有驚喜因為本身黑得滯睇唔到),豚肉嘅調味鹹鹹地,同炒烏冬好夾好好味。炒雜菜分量算多,亦唔算好油,係健康之選。牛舌厚切,名副其實嘅厚切,好厚身好好肉地,食落彈牙而且有串燒嘅焦香味。串燒豆腐外皮炸過,好香脆,仲有醬油調味。最後叫咗串燒粟米,上面搽咗牛油,好香好甜,仲好 juicy好多粟米汁。嘢飲就叫咗烏龍茶 sake cocktail,茶味清清地可以消滯,同時又有sake,一次過滿足曬兩個願望。
