To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日瞓覺瞓晏咗。突然間想食喜喜冰室。錯過咗早餐時段。唯有黎食下午茶。位置舒服。講左黎新舖，舖位大好多。裝修舒服左。有好多卡位。用咗紅色小巴座位嘅設計。都幾特別。舖入面亦都有好多懷舊嘅擺設。茶餐有叉燒意粉火腿炒滑蛋同埋油多士。佢嘅多士真係好好食。滑蛋都好香。意粉質素就正常。不過逢公眾假期同埋星期日，就要加一。但位置舒服，我估大家都未必會介意比多少少錢。食物質素可以，主要係食佢嘅環境。大家不妨黎試一試。
