去開永光中心用餐發現呢間新開西餐廳🔺餐廳有種私房感覺,木系設計好有暖心感! 吸引到我既係佢既 🔻5 course Tasting menu 只係$298/位。 用上🍴新鮮章紅生魚薄切,薄得透亮。🔹醬汁由檸檬皮、九層塔,英茜油,意大利白醋,初榨橄欖油製成,口感鮮軟。成件軍艦咁,厚多士上面放滿加左龍蝦蛋黄醬既藍蟹肉絲,口感細緻,多士酥脆。 🍴白酒煮活蜆意粉意粉煮得彈牙,每一條麵條都沾滿白酒蜆汁,鮮味無比。活蜆嫩滑飽滿🍴炭燒三黄雞胸青醬長通粉三黄雞胸先慢煮,後炭燒用菠菜打成嘅青醬沾滿條條長通粉。🍴香煎三文魚柳三文魚柳煎得乾身,魚皮甘香脆口搭配的西洋菜汁清新爽口,帶有一絲微苦,恰到好處地平衡了三文魚既油脂感。整道菜色彩鮮明,又有藝術感。 🍴Grilled Beef Sirloin肉質鮮嫩,外焦內嫩,帶有炭燒獨特香氣。搭配薯蓉滑順細膩,為整道菜增添了豐富口感、香氣。配上忌廉黑椒汁令肉味層次感。🍰Tiramisu口感輕盈,柔滑既Mascarpone cheese 跟浸有咖啡既手指餅乾交織起,帶黎濃郁既咖啡、可可風味,但不甜膩,濕潤絲滑既口感,令人迷上了!
