最近👧🏻同朋友去咗銅鑼灣一間新開嘅串燒店,串燒價錢相宜,最平只需要$10一串,食多幾串都唔會覺得心痛🤪,重要質素唔錯,值得一試!🌟雞肉雞肉類叫咗椒鹽燒雞皮串、椒鹽雞軟骨、免治雞肉棒(配日本蛋)三款。雞皮超脆,脆到好似食緊炸魚皮/薯片;雞軟骨軟骨邊略帶脂肪,唔會太乾。至於免治雞肉棒嘅軟骨手打得比較細粒,混入雞肉內口感豐富。🌟豬肉豬肉類就叫咗味噌松阪豬、鹽燒豬肋肉、鹽燒荔枝卷、黑松露豚肉蘆筍卷。味噌松阪豬塗滿偏甜嘅味噌醬,口感同味道都似食緊新鮮豬肉乾,👧🏻就幾鍾意!鹽燒豬肋肉肉質爽彈,幾有咬口,得朋友歡心。鹽燒荔枝卷既荔枝多汁,配薄豬肉又甜又咸。🌟牛肉醬燒牛舌芯、鹽燒和牛牛小排、黑松露金菇卷呢三款亦對得住價錢,牛舌芯柔軟又彈牙;和牛牛小排富有油脂,牛肉味亦頗濃郁。黑松露金菇卷就用肥牛片包住金菇,黑松露醬味道層次豐富。🌟海鮮👧🏻同朋友成餐飯對油條釀墨魚滑呢款串燒印象最深刻,用油炸條包住芝士同墨魚膠,炸得香脆嘅油炸鬼配鹹香拉絲嘅芝士同墨魚膠,再點甜甜地嘅埋潮式柑桔醬🍊,係相當新鮮嘅組合!味淋魚干燒得軟身,點蛋黃醬就啱啱好!而蒜蓉菜圃燒廣島蠔就表現正常,蒜蓉菜圃辣辣地幾惹味。🌟其他蜜糖燒芝士年糕

蜜糖燒芝士年糕一客兩件,係平時食日式放題貨色,配埋蜜糖🍯👧🏻就好鐘意!另外港式蜜糖燒菠蘿🍍嘅菠蘿就超級鮮甜,完全冇渣,當飯後甜品一流!
