Restaurant: 越大哥 (中興新街)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 初嚐呢間長州既越南美食,覺得相當唔錯,同大家推介下~首先推介係{香茅串燒雞}呢個燒雞真係好大件,食落啖啖肉超滿足,香茅味好突出,唔會乾亦唔會柴🤍第二個推介係{越式豬扒法包}呢個法包都好大件,唔知大件係唔係呢間鋪頭既特色呢 豬扒好入味,有少少油同肉汁啱嗮跟麵包食🤍第三個要推介既係{越式無骨鳳爪}鳳爪唔會煮得太腍,幾彈牙,酸酸甜甜好惹味🤍另外佢既{越南春卷}我都好欣賞~春捲皮脆得黎有啲煙靭,餡又多,每一啖口感味道都好豐富🤍嘢飲方面今次我地試左{紅豆椰汁冰}紅豆既份量好多,而且係甜紅豆,椰汁冰既甜度啱啱好🤍
