To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嚟呢度食長腳蟹已經有幾年,不過呢個季節真係唔係好抵食,啲蟹磅數少,得啲殼重,啲肉幼身過以前好多。上年食,起碼啲肉都有3支鉛筆咁粗,但今次啲肉,第一支鉛筆咁幼😂真係唔好俾佢個殼呃到!其他餸嘅份量都好少,得個碟大😂份量少之餘質素又差咗,價錢就貴咗😂裝修完之後換晒啲人,裝修靚咗又點?🤣冇質素係留唔住啲客人,如果呢種質素咁不如去隔離商場食?雖然啲酒樓都係咁,尤其是連鎖式集團,但冇諗過佢可以疫情之後差咗咁多
