To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原本唔識呢間店, 係觀音灣小食店既老板介紹架!!3大2細入去叫小菜, 長洲海鮮正, 呢間只有魚食, 估計應該唔差得去邊, 即管試下!!叫了薑沖蒸黃立倉, 超新鮮, 成條魚o的肉唔老, 唔"鞋", 有魚味, 連"每事彈"既阿媽都係o甘盛讚條魚, 100分滿分!!!炸肉排, 好大碟, 至少有5塊豬排, 即時煎炸, 熱喇喇, 係新鮮豬肉無雪藏味, 可以一試!!第3個小菜係涼瓜炒魚鬆, 涼瓜有少少老, 即係有渣, 魚鬆係一般魚肉加粉, 無咩特別.最抵係3樣小菜套餐都係$150有找, 係晚飯快餐來講絕對超值!! 一定要比LIKE!!

Other Info. : 快餐店既衛生同環境係個種舊式屋村快餐店, 殘殘舊舊, 坐位少坐得逼, 若介意就唔好選, 小店有地道風味, 好多本地長洲人幫襯, 食o甘耐忙o甘耐. 唔好食就唔會有O甘多人幫襯既!!
