To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢一杯係依間鋪嘅招牌飲品,做法係將原味乳酪加入奶粉、檸檬汁等調味,而且仲有加紫米增加口感。而水果都係每日有果欄入貨,再製成果蓉。
淨係杯嘢飲已經好好打卡,見到兩個好大粒嘅士多啤梨(其實係士多啤梨片,唔係兩大粒),店員有提醒要攪勻先好飲,飲落係一杯甜甜酸酸嘅乳酪飲品,加上淡淡的草莓味,質地唔算好濃稠,未去到平時飲開嘅乳酪飲品咁濃稠,感覺似飲緊士多啤梨奶昔再稀啲。每啖都可以食到草莓果肉,食落新鮮,唔會覺得係食緊人工嘅士多啤梨味,而且唔會過甜過酸,喺店舖嘅枱上面列明所有飲品都係已經微糖,飲落係開胃而且唔會覺得好Heavy,仲會飲到少少紫米,口感豐富,天氣咁熱真係會一啖接一啖咁飲,略嫌紫米嘅份量唔夠多,如果多啲更好,同埋嘢飲比較多泡。

小英角酪即係金鑽鳳梨角酪,相信係期間限定嘅角酪,因為佢唔係喺原本Menu上既角酪,而係另外一張紙上面。適逢每年嘅三月到四月係台灣金鑽鳳梨嘅出產季,所以推出呢一個系列嘅角酪。隨左金鑽鳳梨角酪,另外仲有金鑽鳳梨百香果梳打。
小英角酪飲落非常清甜,唔會有平時食開菠蘿既勁酸味,甜味重過酸味,只係帶小小酸,乳酪入口依舊軟滑,中間夾雜新鮮鳳梨果肉粒,感覺比平時食到嘅更甜更多汁,成杯飲落去唔會偏甜,非常消暑。

⭐ 可能因為天氣熱,所以飲落覺得特別好飲好消暑,而且掃街食得太多野,都冇好好飲一杯野。之前淨係求其一間小食店度買啲冰沙嚟飲,但而家就多咗呢個生果乳酪飲品呢個選擇,微糖所以飲落唔甜唔會覺得好肥。

最可惜係試唔到佢個人氣卷蛋,角酪卷同大馬士革卷,分別係蝶豆花同抹茶口味,星期日大概五點去到就賣晒,但第二日星期一大概晏晝一點去到仲未有得買,聽講每日限量平時兩點就會賣晒,下次會早啲到長洲試。
