To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

門口receptionist女員工服務態度極差，食物質素下降

28/8 星期三訂咗5:30枱同家人去食飯，準時去到攞位，誰知門口receptionist話我哋遲到，佢話我訂5:00，我話我係訂5:30，她態度極差和語氣十分串堅持我係訂5:00，如果入座要我7:00交枱，本身5:30可以食到7:30的，我當然不會接受，我話我今日訂枱時是男同事聽電話的，她找回男同事跟我說，我話我訂是5:30，係你哋自己攪錯，佢哋仲話冇位要我再排walk in 條隊，等後補枱，真係火都嚟埋，最後我比WhatsApp佢睇，証明我係訂5:30，之後男同事再叫個服務態度極差的receptionist看看仲有沒有枱，receptionist好晦氣咁擲咗張開枱號的牌比嚟，跟住好晦氣好無禮貌咁同我講7:30交枱。由頭到尾係佢哋錯，食餐飯唔知點解要受呢啲氣，以後都唔會想再幫襯佢哋！BTW最然款式算多，但食物質素比以前下降咗好多，尤其係啲海鮮類不太新鮮!
