聞說此私房菜, 一直約不了人來, 今天趁開年與同事品嘗.菜單如下其中一個人有病不能來, 結果減了一隻冰鎮瀨尿蝦.這裏出名的冰鎮瀨尿蝦, 一上桌便知道份量大, 還要有羔, 酒味重, 吃了一支也有點醉, 蝦肉有酒味及鮮甜, 不錯.杏汁白肺湯, 杏味十足, 相對陸羽湯中的雜質較多, 但性價比是可取的.酸菜黑椒花甲, 花甲比想像中大隻, 調味恰到好處, 黑椒及酸菜味沒有掩蓋花甲的鮮味, 是一個不錯的新嘗試焗魚腸來之前己看到它是先弄的, 上桌前有炸或翻焗, 表皮較"燶", 但相對昨天在名門私房菜, 這次的有魚腸味得多.糯米釀雞翼是比較期待的菜式, 要做到糯米堅固地黏在雞皮下而不散及去骨功夫要有一定的難度, 這裏還算不錯, 雖然有些地方破口但雞皮沒有太乾.其他菜式一般, 下次來瀨尿蝦及釀雞翼可一人半隻試更多菜式
