之前與同事來食晏,知道是正宗日本人主理,今日兩母女來品嚐。晚上有不少日本客人,即日鮮貨選擇很多。看中了汁煮牛舌,蟹肉菜之花,海鰻天婦羅。汁煮牛舌醬汁濃郁,帶着一點甜味,牛舌炆得很腍,整體評論很美味。蟹肉菜之花鮮蟹肉混合茶花的食法,認真唔錯。海鰻天婦羅炸漿不厚,炸得好,唔油膩,海鰻肉質好,味道較淡,所以配上鹽及蘿蔔酸汁調味。厚燒玉子因為是日本人師傅所以對玉子有信心,被我估中,王子做得相當好,質地柔滑,口感一流。雞肉丸應該叫雞肉棒,配生雞蛋,零失敗。鰹魚絲飯糰這店不做燒飯糰,全部是手握,想不到體積如此大,照片中與茶杯比較,看得出來,除咗面頭有鰹魚絲,其餘集中在中央,鹹味如肉鬆,所以大大個飯團都唔會唔夠味道。母女聚餐之夜,共消費若$500。
