香港人喜歡「飲茶」,一盅兩件「飲茶」文化,世代流傳。餐廳裏面的裝潢,公雞碗具,一桌一櫈等等,都很有年代感,感覺像穿越時空回到六七十年代同撈同煲、同舟共濟的東方之珠。先不說這裏氣氛懷舊,連幾乎消失於茶枱的千層糕也能吃到,而且咸蛋黃味很重,沙沙的口感,咸甜交集,齒頰留香。叉燒包餡料足,有叉燒肉粒。
