早前都寫個一個食評介紹呢間潮州菜,仲打算下一餐試下佢個砂窩粥,今晚去度發覺同3個月前嚟有d唔同,明顯少咗好多客。而且今晚又唔想食粥,決定食其他嘢。點知整體質素比三個月前食明顯差咗,究竟點解香港d餐廳咁難保持水準嘅呢?!小米餃外貌有d似魚皮餃,入口煙韌,有米酒香味但唔係人人接受到。香辣魚仔炒蟶子皇每兩隻起計,落單10分鐘後就上枱.,蟶子皇都幾大隻,尚算新鮮彈牙,係唔太熱囉!冇咗應有果種鑊氣!魚仔辣辣地,似我平時喺大陸買果d即食魚乾。菜茶第一次食菜茶,感覺好人以係細個果陣食嘅粉仔,不過成碗唔係粉換咗菜。將娃娃菜、椰菜、菜心葉、白菜葉等切成絲,莖類菜切成段,如大蒜、荷蘭豆等,否則太幼身,炒好嘅菜鋪在碗底。魷魚乾蝦米冬菇等材料炒香鋪面,加入熱湯,再加d花生脆米,就係海陸豐人嘅傳統美食菜茶。不過要趁熱食,放涼咗會好油膩。方魚炒芥蘭我冇諗過佢d芥蘭炒完好似冇炒過,又老又硬又好似冇落鹽,難食到頂點。絲瓜煮蜆煲除咗𢇁瓜同蜆仲有粉絲,清淡得嚟都有蜆嘅鮮甜。

香辣魚仔炒蟶子皇
每兩隻起計,落單10分鐘後就上枱.,蟶子皇都幾大隻,尚算新鮮彈牙,係唔太熱囉!冇咗應有果種鑊氣!

菜茶
第一次食菜茶,感覺好人以係細個果陣食嘅粉仔,不過成碗唔係粉換咗菜。
將娃娃菜、椰菜、菜心葉、白菜葉等切成絲,莖類菜切成段,如大蒜、荷蘭豆等,否則太幼身,炒好嘅菜鋪在碗底。
