今晚與太座來到天后一間有靚海景的餐廳,在鬧市中有海景,實在難得,在夕陽未完全消失前的景色是最美麗的,欣賞一會便點餐了。這裡的海鮮種類眾多,先來一個自選的海鮮拼盤,選了法國的生蠔Gillardeau,牡丹蝦和海膽。看生蠔的顏色有光澤,裙邊有彈性,知道是新鮮的,入口細啖肉爽脆,味濃,加些少檸檬汁更能帶出鮮味;牡丹蝦,很大隻,中間的黑腸已挑走,肉很厚,上面還放了些少黑魚籽,蝦肉有彈性,爽甜,質感細膩,廚師還將蝦頭油炸作二食,稍有驚喜;海膽是巨型的,有幾片青瓜墊底,伴以海草,海膽上還有幾粒芝麻,所有東西一併放入口,口感有齊,甘香,清爽,脂潤,豐腴,結論是:正!點了一客黑毛豬風乾火腿伴哈蜜瓜作淺嚐,風乾了十八個月的火腿,鹹香但不濃鬱,伴哈蜜瓜的清甜,也能帶來了和諧。龍蝦湯,味道非常濃郁,中間放了件龍蝦肉,陣陣龍蝦的香味令人迷醉,還要有絲絲蟹肉在內,口感比單是龍蝦湯更勝一籌。盲鰽忌廉湯,以鰽魚熬湯,加了白汁和忌廉,中間有一隻厚肉的帶子和龍蝦肉,湯的味道煮得清甜、不覺膩,當然帶子和龍蝦肉增加了不少好感。吃了幾道菜,太座已覺半飽,索性點一個主菜便算,澳洲羊架應該不會太重身,肉質非常幼嫩,切開後看到嫣紅
