To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 記得「浦和」剛開業時經常約埋三五知幾去食日式放題,後來因為工作的公司搬離了中環所以都無再幫襯。噚晚突然好想食放題,諗起了「浦和」好一於再去試試,睇吓keep唔keep到水準先。一坐低就有侍應過來放下幾個餐牌,唔同價錢的餐牌有不同的食可供選擇,而今次我哋就揀了中等價錢的@$368的餐牌,裡面的款式應已夠我們不同需要。我哋叫了幾款刺身及壽司都非常新鮮值得推介的有海膽壽司,甜蝦刺身及泰式蝦刺身(由於是放題所以可以無限再叫)熟食都不可少看,尤其碳燒羊鞍真係又淋又好味,還有芝麻雞翼(沒有照片)香脆可口火鍋配料水準亦都相當不錯甜品方面我們叫了心太軟,呢個可以說是全晚最失望的一個,外面的口感相當奇怪燒菠蘿及榴槤炸彈和日式芝士年糕都好好味其實除了以上食物,我們還叫了蟹粥、日式鮑魚雞粥、鯛魚泡飯、炸雞軟骨、香芒焗帆立貝、北海道焗廣島蠔、天婦羅、鹽燒雞軟骨串、鹽燒三文魚頭、雪米糍...**在落單時要特別注意需填寫的份量是(件/隻/片/份/串/條/半條/碗)好耐無試過可以食放題食得咁盡興服務給五分是給穿藍色制服送餐的叔叔有禮貌工作認真態度良好反應其中一位穿黑色制服負責落單的侍應(或許是經理)工作散慢愛理不理
