Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

阿姐話拎返入去洗洗佢再煮過

在附近經過見還有時間特意進去吃碗麵，叫了薑蔥牛肉撈麵，吃了幾口確定鹼水麵是苦的，同阿姐反映啦，阿姐答我拎返入去再煮煮佢，我嘅反應係：吓，我食過個喎，咁由佢啦，我淨係想話俾你聽啲麵係苦嘅啫。跟住阿姐叫我落醋冚咗浸苦味。我諗住食完啲牛肉就走人，轉頭阿姐走埋嚟同我講話拎返入去廚師會洗一洗佢再煮，我話唔使啦，我鍾意食麵先至叫撈麵但係呢碟真係苦嘅。呀姐示意隔籬枱都食緊雲吞麵，人哋都冇出聲即係冇問題，佢拎左碗湯俾我浸浸佢。雖然最後都幫唔到啲咩忙，我都好感謝個阿姐三次嘗試幫我。 可能我望住碟撈麵個樣太無奈。公平啲，我另外叫咗三粒鯪魚球係好食嘅。完。
