To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢個阿翁珍饈宴,你可以試到餐廳大部份出名嘅菜式,價錢無上次家全七福咁平,但又唔算太貴,平時淨係食嗰幾個名菜都已經差唔多價錢,又係一個認識餐廳嘅最好機會。

前菜砂鍋水晶炒官燕嚇死人,炒蛋白同官燕都多到一個點,真係未試過前菜都已經食到半飽,官燕嘅甜美加炒到勁滑同勁靚嘅蛋白,好完美。

來到阿翁,當然要食靚嘅鮑魚,28頭吉品鮑伴菜遠,鮑魚當然係重點,但我覺得佢最正係佢個醬汁,可惜佢嘅餐牌冇得送一個撈麵,相信鮑魚撈粗再加醬汁應該係最完美嘅配搭,餐廳應該考慮吓加呢個item。

你以為係普通魚,但香芹蘿蔔海斑卷其實加咗唔少心思,魚肉鮮甜,加咗蘿蔔之後嘅湯更加甜到入心,呢個就好似幫你清洗一下味蕾咁。

甜品有凍金瓜布甸同千層棗皇糕,又係非常熱鬧的甜品組合,個人喜歡棗皇糕的甜度,絕對食到中式師傅對甜品嘅堅持同細緻。
