To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一心黎大家樂想食乳飼牛坑腩,點知得普通咖哩牛腩飯食,唯有將就一下啦。拎走個時已經見到載咖哩個盒勁多油,因為盒蓋透明,可以清楚睇到入面d料,,除左咖哩油同深色的咖哩醬之外,咩都睇唔到。番到屋企打開個飯盒...d飯好少...我諗一個青春期ge青年一定唔夠食,如果我係男仔咁就仲慘了~~飯的旁邊有些配菜:兩條豆角,2粒蕃茄,兩條甘荀芯。或者對d配菜無期望啦,反而係這一餐最令我滿意的食物。車厘茄很甜很大粒,豆角不會油油的,甘荀芯跟平時吃的一樣無分別。到最令人吃驚的咖哩了噢~~~打開蓋,,蓋面全部都係咖哩油..好恐怖"" 完全無咖哩香,不過咖哩醬仍有咖哩的辣味; 至於薯仔,很粉很淋身,算是可以接受的,另外到牛腩,屬偏瘦質地=]我平時也愛吃較瘦的牛腩,這次合我心意。牛腩瘦得來咬落不算un,而且牛筋也跟預期一樣多。最不滿意是最重要的主角---咖哩醬,因為太油了,我放棄了用它撈飯,,所以未能把它吃完才掉。
