To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間出名車仔麵，但除咗車仔麵其他都好出色！我叫咗幾樣嘢試下~炸雞翼如果要加柚子蜜要另外加$2，但個人覺得唔太夾，有小小分離嘅感覺，如果唔加都ok油菜可以揀生菜同菜心，我就揀咗生菜，份量ok唔會太少香煎雞扒煎得好香，唔會好油，雞肉都幾juicy唔會太乾，唔錯～雖則佢地係車仔麵起家，但我睇中嘅係佢地嘅招牌煎餃🤣加咗3蚊轉芝士粟米餃～大愛！芝士味濃郁得黎膩，煎得勁香唔油！一啖咬落去微脆的，食落勁滋味！真的要必食！

香煎雞扒煎得好香，唔會好油，雞肉都幾juicy唔會太乾，唔錯～

雖則佢地係車仔麵起家，但我睇中嘅係佢地嘅招牌煎餃🤣加咗3蚊轉芝士粟米餃～大愛！芝士味濃郁得黎膩，煎得勁香唔油！一啖咬落去微脆的，食落勁滋味！真的要必食！
