To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 比正常小籠包大隻一點,淡淡味的蟹粉,味道一般。

這個不過不失,但只限一碟,想吃多一碟都唔上。片皮鴨夠熱時都多鴨油,但配料要追待應拎才會有,一籠四塊膜膜。

🌸小菜主食
朱古力鴛鴦奶皇包—朱古力是表面的花紋,奶皇味道有層次,食到有吉士、椰絲、奶、蛋。
椒鹽豬扒—豬扒用鬆肉粉嗱得太勁
干煸四季豆—有肉碎辣椒炒的四季豆,不過不失。
手拍青瓜—這個青瓜爽脆,醋的酸度可接受。

🌸甜點
楊枝金露同香芒布甸既味道一模一樣,芒果勁酸,一點誠意都冇。
杏仁茶就像水沖的再加少少少量蛋白花
紅棗糕就不過不失,正常味道。
薑茶不太夠薑味,糖比較多,好似飲緊糖水甘。
奶皇千層糕就正正常常。

‼️‼️‼️一開始店員服務態度正常,不過有好多炒散,問野都比較難得到答案,例如我依個套餐係米有依d食物送架?都答不到的。

大閘蟹只有一開始會上一次,食到一半,你需要不停甘去追食物,否則你會完全冇食物上枱,連甜品,小食一律都冇。傻婆6:45遞第三張單、7:10第四張單、7:20第五張單,去到7:30簡直冇上過任何食物,期間要不停追先有少少食物上枱!黑衫男經理本身好好甘提醒你快d落單就會快d有大閘蟹食,因為本身蒸既時間都需要15至20分鐘,但到最後竟然被恐嚇,因為我地由6:45遞既單去到7:30d大閘蟹係完全冇上過,侍應表示要搵經理先可以解決,所以傻婆們就叫經理過黎,好似乞丐甘先上左6隻大閘蟹,跟住想佢上埋另外2張單既大閘蟹,佢竟然好惡甘講:你要上晒d大閘蟹?你地食得晒咩?食5晒每一隻要收$68架!傻婆們回:係呀!食得晒,你上啦~但點知都係黎得10隻,再講一次先肯再上多10隻。

不單止係傻婆們,其他同場同時段幾枱既食客既食物都係甘!成個過程真係好不滿,傻婆們食到成肚氣!完全同場既所有食客都要努力追單都未必有得上,但明明陶源酒家無限任食大閘蟹2 小時放題囉!

不是寫無限任食就真的會給你任食,原來都會有限制,入單數量多就代表客人食左,只有落單冇出單架,這個黑衫男經理就是這樣!落單不出食物,但就去客人枱質疑食客,還作出恐嚇,最後黑衫男經理淆底潛水了。
一間大型連所酒家都可以這樣做,真係完全不能接受,難道真係唔怕違反商品條例咩!
