To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

隱世小店｜內街中的丼飯

鰂魚涌有不少隱世小店，藏於內街中會比較難發現。其中像這間吃丼飯的 魚願以嚐 As Yu Wish Sushi 就是囉除了熟食的丼飯，也有刺身丼Menu是全日供應的定食套餐，所以包括了麵豉湯和前菜。若果 Follow IG 會即時送刺身或飲品的喔！✦ 極尚五品刺身盛合丼 ($128) -店員說這款是頗多客人會點之一！五品中有弄成花型的三文魚，都幾肥美的。不過劍魚肉質柔軟，個人更喜歡這多過前者。還有清脆彈牙的八爪魚 & 鮮甜的帆立貝，另外亦有一隻紅蝦和少許的三文魚子。雖然只是小店，但配菜和飯量也不會少。有玉子、青瓜、薑：飯較特別是加了味素。

不過劍魚肉質柔軟，個人更喜歡這多過前者。
