將鵝肝加埋落雞蛋度一陣燉製,還附上三片法式薄脆,讓客人搽上去慢慢品嚐 。鵝肝燉蛋入口嫩滑,衝著一股超強勁的鵝肝味,味道帶點甘醇和酒香,好好食呀!如果怕膩,上面仲有紅莓醬比你配埋一齊食,中和一下味蕾。

西班牙紅蝦、鵝肝、自家製魚蛋,這個組合無疑係滿新穎的。西班牙紅蝦經燒過,為保持口感唔會燒至全熟,味道係近期食過至爽口彈牙既蝦,入口好重蝦味,感覺非常新鮮!鵝肝肥美嫩滑,滲出陣陣脂肪香,整個味蕾就是很豐富!側邊兩粒的自家製魚蛋,咬落外脆內軟,入面填滿魚肉,但魚味不算重。

這道菜包括了燒豬扒和較少食到的豬面頰兩款食材,可一次過嚐兩種不同的口感。燒豬扒食落外皮帶脆,內裡半肥瘦的肉質充滿肉汁,咬落腍身有口感卻不韌;紅酒燴豬面頰,入口有紅酒香,咬落彈牙中卻帶有黏口的感覺,口感特別。主菜外,側邊還附了些紫薯蓉和蔬菜,味道也是不錯。

這個甜品拼盤,有士多啤梨和檸檬馬卡龍,仲有朱古力和開心果味的小曲奇。至怕食到甜到溜的馬卡龍,而這裡的食落不過甜,不過外皮的質感可再乾身和脆一點。兩款曲奇咬落鬆化,朱古力味濃郁,不過開心果曲奇味道就較薄弱。
