To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鰂魚涌啲橫街其實好多隱細小店，今日突然好想食肉骨茶，就試吓呢間隨心。鋪頭裝修簡簡單單，座位好寬躺。肉骨茶分咗馬來西亞版同埋新加坡版！馬來西亞肉骨茶係藥材味比較重，而新加坡肉骨茶就係胡椒味重啲。我不嬲鍾意藥材味所以今次叫咗馬來西亞肉骨茶。🌟馬來西亞肉骨茶肉骨茶果然好重藥材味！而且入邊材料豐富！金沙骨煮得好琳好好味！一鍋兩個人分啱啱好！🌟海南雞飯例牌嘅份量都幾多。雞肉好嫩滑，啖啖肉之餘也冇乜肥膏。油飯又夠香，好正宗。🌟百味啫啫芥蘭用啫啫雞煲嘅方法去煮芥蘭令到啲芥蘭好香口同入味，同時啲芥蘭又好爽甜，配搭得非常好！🌟炸香蕉🍌絕對推介！炸香蕉可以做埋甜品，外脆內軟，加埋個蜜糖汁真係好好味！餐牌好多好健康嘅嘢飲，而且好多選擇！我地揀左檸檬薏米水同檸檬香茅花茶
