To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中午去到鰂魚涌搵朋友食飯，佢講咗句「隨心啦。」原來係食新加坡、馬來西亞的食肆。午餐都很多選擇，一半喇沙，一半飯。慢煮紅咖喱牛肉喇沙$78咖喱很香，不辣，牛肉軟淋，配上與魚片、豆腐、雞蛋。無骨海南雞飯 $75大大一碗油飯，有雞髀及雞胸，雞很滑，有雞油味配菜是酸木耳絲、紅蘿蔔絲。還有一杯小小的雞湯。加$12小食，燒椒醬皮蛋金黃色的皮蛋4塊，燒椒醬一啲都唔辣，少少鹹香，去除了皮蛋的小苦澀味，唔錯。加$8要了 馬拉奶茶，比普通的馬拉奶茶好飲，奶茶非常絲滑，茶味帶有花香的味道，很特別，很好飲。總括來說還是不錯的，頗具特色，價錢唔算太貴，兩點後還有下午茶。
