隱世大和美食三和叙---米白色的牆身及和風格調濃罩著整間小店,給人很自在及舒服感,腦海中馬上浮現東京後巷那些居酒屋之畫面,日本男人不願提早歸家,寧願和朋友暢飲一番及吃吃爐端燒才回家!跟新相識做自由工作者Harriet在三和叙會面,大談自由工作者之路如何艱辛及彼此初心,喜歡自然用心去做,跟這間日本小店,相信厨師就是喜歡日本美食,才用心製作每一道菜……叫了以下款色:1.炸白蝦仔: 先來前菜,炸白蝦仔,白蝦仔也有5至6 cm長,炸至金黃,入口奇脆無比,惟獨欠日本酒,作為前菜,它以亮麗姿態呈現,十分稱職地打開我的胃部,迎接下一道菜。2.日本阿波美鷄翼: 用炭燒出來的鷄翼,味覺馬上敏感起來,味蕾也擴張不同味覺區域,一口咬上鷄翼的中部,鷄味十分濃,肉汁也蠢蠢慾動地滲出,鷄皮脆肉又嫩,真的想從Harriort 手上搶奪另一隻鷄翼,貪心乃是人性一種,貪心衹因渴求吧!3.美國安格斯薄燒: 安格斯牛懶洋洋地睡在軟多士上,身上超薄的肉衫反覆摺上幾摺,分成四塊親密地背對背靠著,用筷子夾上,已感覺到牛身之薄及肉脂分佈何其均勻,油脂在口中揮發出來,口感十足,令人一試難忘,回不了頭。3.西京味噌燒銀鱈魚: 如手掌般

跟新相識做自由工作者Harriet在三和叙會面,大談自由工作者之路如何艱辛及彼此初心,喜歡自然用心去做,跟這間日本小店,相信厨師就是喜歡日本美食,才用心製作每一道菜……
叫了以下款色:
1.炸白蝦仔: 先來前菜,炸白蝦仔,白蝦仔也有5至6 cm長,炸至金黃,入口奇脆無比,惟獨欠日本酒,作為前菜,它以亮麗姿態呈現,十分稱職地打開我的胃部,迎接下一道菜。
2.日本阿波美鷄翼: 用炭燒出來的鷄翼,味覺馬上敏感起來,味蕾也擴張不同味覺區域,一口咬上鷄翼的中部,鷄味十分濃,肉汁也蠢蠢慾動地滲出,鷄皮脆肉又嫩,真的想從Harriort 手上搶奪另一隻鷄翼,貪心乃是人性一種,貪心衹因渴求吧!

3.西京味噌燒銀鱈魚: 如手掌般大的銀鱈魚色澤雪白,燒過的魚香味忍不住要散發出誘人的氣味,誓要攻擊Harriet 的嗅覺,令他舌尖上的舌尖多番淪陷了!配上千島醬,更成功引出銀鱈魚的本身鮮味,連不太吃魚的我出奇地主動地來了一半送進口!
4.自家製鷄肉丸: 先打散碗的鷄卵,再用鷄肉捧附上蛋汁,翻了幾翻,放入口中,燒烤的時間適中,免治了鷄肉真材實料聚在一起,點上蛋汁,好味的指數升高了兩格!感恩我遇上!
5.雜菜稻庭烏冬: 有冬姑、紅蘿蔔條匹配上稻庭幼滑烏冬,好味百倍,快活過上天庭做神仙美眷吧!
自由工作者生涯就是用自己生命去探索人生,找出人生的甜酸苦辣,就等同今天的美食,用上厨師的心思去奉獻自己,令一眾的食客一試傾情、一口傾心!
