To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次已經係第二次嚟食呢一間拉麵店，今次食咗個四人餐超級抵食勁多嘢食到飽到嘔。四人餐可以揀4個主食以及7個小食。我哋揀咗鰻魚飯、招牌牛油拉麵、咖喱拉麵，同埋雜錦拉麵。小食就揀咗雞泡魚乾、雞翼及雞軟骨串、魚餅，同埋我最鍾意嘅餃子！最緊要係小食可以重複選擇，所以叫咗兩份餃子同埋兩份雞泡魚乾！老闆話拉麵係直接喺札幌直送。湯嘅味道夠，拉麵嘅軟硬度非常適中，分量亦啱啱好！小食方面，餃子真係冇得輸！ ！係老闆自己包嘅，餃子皮厚薄啱啱好，味道同出邊食到嘅好唔同，所以我自己覺得真係必試！講到好似冇嘢彈咁，因為真係冇嘢彈，可能唯一可以改善嘅，就係租返個大啲嘅鋪面，等多啲人可以同時間嘗試到老闆嘅手勢。
