平常很少去土瓜灣舊區,自從屯馬線開通了後又發掘了一間隱世日式小店,平日晚上去到,基本上整條街的店都關門了,除了餐廳營業到晚上11點,很適合我上完堂後再去。沒想到平日晚8點多後餐廳還是人山人海,在外面等了大約半小時呢~不過人多是有道理的,店員幾好禮貌,又會介紹下menu~ 入到去後馬上落單:極上牛舌定食(1倍) $178還有1.5、2倍,幸好沒有眼闊肚窄,原來一倍已經有5條厚厚的牛舌!表面是炙燒的勁香口,而牛舌的芯呈淡粉紅色,幾嫩滑。男友喜歡加點wasabi 配豉油的吃法🤣豬肉生薑燒定食 $98豬肉不韌口,軟軟的(箍牙友好),日式醬汁甜甜地,配很多洋蔥和甘筍,感覺很健康吃了很多野菜~燒鱈魚干 $38才第一次吃,外表似脆脆的餅乾,咀嚼幾下後,就有淡淡的鱈魚香味,比魷魚絲和雞泡魚乾清淡,很特別又好吃!汁燒雞肝 $28雞肝平時好少吃,今次點來試試,燒汁幾好味,但雞肝有點苦。串燒冬菇 $18有落鰹魚碎,冬菇燒得又淋又入味!雪碧 $18可口可樂 $18在外面等得太耐,要來罐可樂降溫🤣店內有個超大月球燈,想打卡的話都可以坐近那邊~
