要扣少少分呀,龍蝦真係太細隻啦,即使味道係相當美味!! 用鐵板煎炒,另外蝦頭嘅蟹膏配上牛油做醬汁炒香啲龍蝦肉,入口濃濃烈烈嘅龍蝦味再配上香口嘅牛油,個刻我只係想享受龍蝦喺口裏便散發嘅味道🦞🦞🦞好味到講唔到野

師傅先煎香麵包,再喺面頭加上厚厚嘅砂糖,再再以煎煮,砂糖經過高溫煎煮味道都唔算好甜,個人而言相當喜歡👍

🤤魚湯
呢個不得不說啊真係,餐廳係用咗15斤嘅𩶘魚,起骨去血塊,剁成魚蓉,唔用魚袋日日新鮮熬約兩個小時,再隔開魚蓉重複兩次,煲成50碗小湯,真係超級超級濃郁,完全奶白色,仲有竟然係唔腥,呢個湯真係成餐裏面嘅隱藏角色,超級驚喜!
