吃過晚飯後,甜癮發作,便來到Paul Lafayet,解決我甜癮之苦。是次選擇了Creme Brûlée。原本平平無奇,淡黃色的 Creme Brûlée,經店員用噴槍即叫即燒後,焦糖表面呈淺啡色,用羹輕輕一敲,焦糖脆片應聲裂開,燒得不過火,焦糖表面沒有苦澀味,口感香脆!呷一口燉蛋,嫩滑軟身,蛋味不重,帶有淡淡vanilla香味,口感滑溜非常,入口即溶,一脆一滑,兩者很是匹配,不愧為 signature dessert!堂食完後,這個瓦製器皿更是我的紀念品,不錯!
