To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 1️⃣泰式腰果糖醋猴頭菇脆皮猴頭菇。表面炸粉幾薄，裏面係猴頭菇，咬落口感實在👍🏻 甜酸汁調配得剛剛好，唔會太酸或太甜，配合香甜菠蘿，清新解膩，胃口大開🤤2️⃣鹹香茄子猴頭菇栗子豆腐煲豆腐熱辣辣好滑🥰 芡汁個鹹香好惹味，茄子煮到軟腍腍嗦晒汁，好好味😋 雖然隻色望落幾深色，但又唔會鹹得滯，鹹度啱啱好👍🏻 仲有多種配菜、菇類和粟子，性價比高！3️⃣黑松露海鮮炒飯飯粒炒得幾乾身，蛋同黑松露嘅香氣四溢。成個飯好足料，素蟹柳外形好像真👍🏻 口感同味道都唔錯，帶點兒海鮮嘅海水咸味。裏面仲有爽脆翠玉瓜粒同生菜等等，多重口感，幾好食👍🏻

豆腐熱辣辣好滑🥰 芡汁個鹹香好惹味，茄子煮到軟腍腍嗦晒汁，好好味😋 雖然隻色望落幾深色，但又唔會鹹得滯，鹹度啱啱好👍🏻 仲有多種配菜、菇類和粟子，性價比高！
