To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍海逸君綽酒店出入了多次,但Harbour Grill 倒是初次邂逅。餐廳不單坐擁180度海景,而且座位間寬敞得令人難以置信,作為Fine Dining的餐廳,又在酒店之內,原以為收費會較進取,但當望望近日的推介時,確實是有驚喜。未分享Set Dinner時,先講講餐廳另一種CP值超高的晚餐。由星期一至五,餐廳每晚都有不同的優惠。星期一是All You Can Eat 法國生蠔,仲可以選擇熟食,都只不過是$208,無聽錯,真係$208,當然,並不包頭盤、前菜及飲品,另外仲要加一,但試想下一隻生蠔要幾錢?食一打有幾難?星期二又係任食 French Bouchot Mussel($208),仲要加埋薯條,死未?家陣係一間普通餐廳炒碟本地蜆都要一百幾十啦,係咪?星期三、四就並非任食,星期三係龍蝦配安格斯牛($480),星期四則是和牛漢堡($168),係咪好抵食呢?至於星期五,又返到任食安格斯扒的日子,都只不過$380,換上了牛魔皇,簡直是難以自控。言歸正傳,又講下每晚都有既 Set Dinner。前餐先送上煙肉包及芝麻包,兩款同樣是Homemade的,誠意十足,而且做得相當有水準,上檯時仍

星期一是All You Can Eat 法國生蠔,仲可以選擇熟食,都只不過是$208,無聽錯,真係$208,當然,並不包頭盤、前菜及飲品,另外仲要加一,但試想下一隻生蠔要幾錢?食一打有幾難?

前餐先送上煙肉包及芝麻包,兩款同樣是Homemade的,誠意十足,而且做得相當有水準,上檯時仍帶微溫,而且外脆內軟,陣陣芳香,塗點牛油食,真係人間美味。

單係 Appetizers 已經有5款選擇,有沙律、Balik Salmon配法式酸奶油及 Beluga caviar、帶子配藍蟹餅、法國田螺及法國鴿肉,已帶來無限驚喜。

若果想轉轉口味,又有法國 Burgundy 田螺,而且足足有8隻,份量超多又夠大,蓋上香草醬,再以蒜蓉牛油焗至啱啱好,用小叉輕輕一挑,就已經可以享用,正。

Pigeon Ballotine


其實最有驚喜的,就一定是香煎白鴿卷配黑松露汁。

足足有兩大件鴿肉,以煙肉緊密包好,鴿肉柔軟嫩滑,質感上佳,而且吸收了煙肉的香味,又有黑松露汁的點綴,實在精彩。

US Stockyard Black Angus Beef Sirloin

炭燒美國安格斯西冷牛排

表面用炭火烤至有網紋,多了一陣炭香,而medium rare的控制,肉質呈嫣紅色 ,相當對辦,肉味豐富有嚼口,個人喜好蘸點海鹽,增添鮮味,伴碟的蒜片脆卜卜,又是不可錯過。

炭燒草飼羊架
或者是今晚的亮點,撲上香草的外層,火喉控制一流,切開一試,又是完美的嫩滑質感,少許羊肉應有羶味而不過火,細想起來,可以話是近幾年食過最佳的烤羊架。

勾起了小小拍拖回憶,當年跟太太食Buffet,其中一個亮點就是每晚都有火焰雪山的出現,當然,二人份大極有限,或者下次同太太慶祝結婚周年,又多了一個選擇。

最後當然要來杯 Earl Grey Tea,好讓幽香的佛手柑味道,清洗一下味蕾。

連加一都只不過$1000左右,但由餐包至餐飲都令人有滿意的感覺,而且冷眼旁觀,侍應的服務相當到位,可能餐廳內的桌數不多,能顧及每檯客人的需要,又是一個加分點。

實在忍不住 All You Can Eat 的誘惑,跟幾位朋友已經即時 book 定食蠔同扒,未知大家又會選那一天?
