To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 首先,這裡是可以讓人選擇拼枱或不拼枱,十分細心!來這邊吃,一定要選擇品嚐其漁湯,十分鮮甜,個人覺得是沒有添加味精!而我最喜歡是皮蛋芫茜魚片米,鮮鯇魚豆腐米,真是十分美味!魚片是沒有一點腥味,只有鮮味十足的魚味,完全沒有醃過,新鮮直接落鑊!米粉和餸菜是分開擺,可因個人習慣,逐次將米粉加入湯裹吃或全部倒在一起,真是任君選擇!最近,值得一提的是蔥油餅,真是一絕,皮厚,但脆邊,能品嚐到麪粉味!那蔥花更是畫龍點睛!另外,其黑糖涼粉奶茶都十分可口!黑糖的份量十足,濃濃的黑糖味!加上,奶茶香滑,讓可以咀嚼一下涼粉,真是一次過滿足了三個願望!
