To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行過入去食個下午茶。嗌左個J2 餐- 炸雞脾配西多士。 可見圖片,炸雞脾又膿又硬,攞明炸過龍。廚師個炸爐理應可以set時間,為何會炸到咁呢? 似定係隔夜雞髀再返炸。繼而係個西多,放上牛油,完全無反應,溶都吾溶下。用手摸吓塊西多士,凍冰冰既。即刻同counter講,叫佢換個份。點知換完出嚟,塊西多係暖咗少少,隻雞髀係冇換過。終於明白點解咁多連鎖店執笠,我都希望佢哋快啲執笠,既然無心廚,那就不用做,浪費消費者嘅錢,影響社會質素。
