To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚放工同個朋友去中環食上海餐。我哋照舊一人一個套餐，只係餐廳換上新嘅餐牌。窗外落住大雨，所以先嚟一人一碗酸辣湯暖吓身分外舒服。前菜係寧式燻魚同陳年花雕醉雞。好喜歡燻魚甜甜嘅味道，同醉雞噗鼻嘅酒香。主菜係古法紅燒肉百頁結，入味嘅豬腩肉，肥瘦均勻。另一主菜係無錫排骨，酸甜口味，送飯一流。主菜味道比較濃烈，配搭相對清淡嘅菜飯同陽春麵，每樣食物都得以突出自己味道同質感。餐廳環境舒適，係放工後同朋友相聚，好好放鬆嘅好地方。
