To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說琴日去大澳半天遊，上網見到呢間個view好正，所以想去試吓.... 因為想食得安心，決定打電話去book定位 天氣好熱，好不容易去到餐廳，本來打算可以坐低好好亨受一下風景同野食....點知職員竟然話因為已經5點，所以只有飲品，沒有任何食物供應！我同朋友即時呆左，問點解响電話book位時唔講清楚？！職員都一直答只有飲品供應，完全唔覺得自已有做得唔好的地方😡 依家經濟唔好，竟然仲有d咁差服務態度嘅餐廳，真的大開眼界！
