行過堅尼地城剪完頭髮, 逛完海濱長廊後一定會去的海邊西餐廳。每次去喝着冰凍啤酒,選了對着海景的坐位,感覺chill 爆~更難得的是fish & chick 都是用本地材料來製作;魚的種類就來自世界各地的,這次選的炸魚薯條用香的海鱸魚(sea bass),厚薄剛好脆脆的炸衣內 魚肉也很鮮嫩,百吃不厭 😋另外叫了半份烤雞,也再加了一點gravy和sautéed mushroom,雞肉不會太鞋,熟度剛好,外皮也很脆,gravy吃到烤雞的味道之餘也能用來配薯條/薯蓉吃,值得推薦👍🏻
