我係喺其他foodie 嘅IG發現到呢間餐廳, 被靚景同香港較少見走精緻路線嘅韓國菜所吸引,我地揀左個星期六去試佢地午餐🤤我地揀左 4 道菜,其中包括 1 份開胃菜、1 份湯、1 份主菜和 1 份米飯。我地足足食左 3個鐘,每道菜都好驚喜,擺盤精美而且present得幾吸引。韓牛蜆肉粥味道鮮美,配埋米脆餅增加口感。我地都非常鍾意海鮮清湯。鮑魚生熟程度剛好,非常嫩滑。兩道主菜採用優質食材而且烹調得好好。我就最鍾意佢地嘅濟州五花肉!但亮點一定係釜山珍珠米飯配48小時鰻魚湯同釜山伴菜。特別用的韓國蒸飯機烹製嘅釜山珍珠米柔軟而帶有天然甜味,與清爽的鰻魚清湯同拌菜完美搭配。 呢道菜係由副主廚喺桌邊侍餐。最後我地都揀左咖啡,仲跟左韓國傳統小食油菓,係一種油炸甜品,味道好似過年食嘅糖環。總括而言,呢間餐廳非常適合週末約會。我一定會再去試晚餐。
